INTERalliance Leadership Council
The INTERalliance Leadership Council is a group of approximately 30 select students from across the Greater Cincinnati area that work with the Central Office to create and deliver meaningful experiences for other students. From August through May, this group manages the technology, marketing, and logistics for all INTERalliance programs. INTERalliance is entirely student-run: by students, for students. Through ILC, students engage with several key INTERalliance stakeholders including company representatives, teachers, university representatives, and other partners committed to furthering the mission of INTERalliance. These students will also receive professional development training and networking opportunities for their commitment and hard work.
- Open to incoming Freshmen – Seniors
- ILC Members will be expected to work 5-10 hours a week throughout the year and roughly 10-20 hours a week during important times such as TechOlympics. During that time, we expect you to work in the office or remotely- whichever is more convenient.
- Required events:
- Monthly meetings on Sunday mornings (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
- ILC Retreat: 9/27/23 - 9/28/23
- TechOlympics: 2/15/24 - 2/16/24

Responsible for maintaining the INTERalliance and TechOlympics websites, working with other committees in their technology needs, and managing the setup of technology for all programs.
Responsible for managing and updating the data resulting from INTERalliance programs.
Responsible for all coordination of INTERalliance events. These include Job Shadowing Events, TechOlympics, and any other new and innovative programs that are offered throughout the year. Engaging with the region’s best speakers, this team has first-hand knowledge of talent in the Cincinnati area.
Responsible for the execution of professional marketing tactics, the creation of consistently branded materials, and the expansion of the organization’s overall reach. This team is looking for creative students with a passion for art and writing!
Responsible for the external INTERalliance chapters and coordination for chapter events. These events include Chapter Competitions, Showcase, specific chapter requests, and Adopt-a-Chapter.
Responsible for budgeting and sponsorship within the INTERalliance programs.
